  1. we really need a guide when we are on a tour and it is not possible if he does not have any medical experience to help the injured tourists. We also had a sprain in our children's feet but our guide did not really help and we took them to hospital. After initial medication on SOS basis we went to Physiotherapy North Ryde for better relief and we are pleased that our children are feeling quite 90% well after just 3 days of therapy.
