Attention Business Owners, Community Leaders and Local Organizations:

We are excited to roll out more General Obligation Bond Projects! Attached please see the Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at-Risk (CMR) firms and Architect/Engineer of Record for Benjamin Franklin K -8 Center (Classroom Addition and Renovations), Meadowlane Elementary School ( Renovations and P.E. Shelter Replacement) & New K-8 Center (Facility Conversion).

Please note there is a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 9:30 am for Construction Management At-Risk Firms and Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 1:30 pm for Architect/Engineer of Record for New K-8 Center (Facility Conversion). The RFQ responses are due no later than 4pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 . (Please see attachment for full details.)
