DEMAND FOR TRAVEL TO GREATER MIAMI & THE BEACHES DURING JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2016 WITH #1 RANKING IN AVERAGE DAILY ROOM RATE (ADR), #1 RANKING IN REVENUE PER AVAILABLE ROOM (REVPAR) AND #2 IN HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY AMONG THE TOP 25 U.S. MARKETS AS DEFINED BY SMITH TRAVEL RESEARCH.

HOTEL ROOM OCCUPANCY IN GREATER MIAMI AND THE BEACHES IN THE FIRST TWO MONTHS OF 2016 REACHED 82.4 PERCENT, ONE OF THE HIGHEST IN THE NATION. HOTEL ROOMS SOLD FOR THE FIRST TWO MONTH OF 2016 WAS UP +0.1 PERCENT FROM LAST YEAR, PARTIALLY ABSORBING THE +3.5 PERCENT INCREASE IN HOTEL ROOM INVENTORY YEAR ON YEAR.
